The position is a full-time position (32-40 hrs).
Some Saturday hours are required from May 31st - September 1st.
A successful candidate will possess the following skills and
Experience:
At least five years experience in a professional office environment Superior communication skills - both written and verbal Superior customer service skills Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, Internet/Web platforms, and management software Strong problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Strong work ethic and initiative An associate's degree in accounting or business (strongly preferred).
The primary role of the Customer Service/ Administrative Assistant position is to provide administrative support within the association and customer service to our members.
Day-to-day tasks and duties will include:
Front desk/phones Homeowner communication (phone/email) Assist office manager/bookkeeper with AP/AR and payroll functions Administrative support for managers, accounting, and general office Administer and maintain owner and tenant database Maintain office record keeping and filing Other duties as assigned Job Type:
