We pride ourselves on a clean and well-maintained facility, and creating an atmosphere of serving our membership and guests to our best ability.
We are looking for a Custodian to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and order of our facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of the Clubhouse as well as other duties as assigned.
In addition, the Custodian will be responsible for assisting golf, restaurant and banquet management in set-up and take-down needs for events held at TCC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain floors, carpets, patio area and all related furniture and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
Empty wastebaskets and remove trash.
Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and batteries, changing filters and repairing minor plumbing issues.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Alert management to repairs or maintenance needed from outside contractors.
Perform set-up, arrangement and take-down of chairs and tables as needed from storage areas and other spaces.
Perform maintenance such as painting and deep cleaning during off-season Monday to Saturday schedule with Saturday being a half-day A meal is provided The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs and spend blocks of time on their feet Job Type:
